In order to offer a truly unique overseas conveyancing service, we have entered into a number of associations with overseas law firms who we regard as trustworthy, efficient and capable of working to our demanding standards. All of our associates have English speaking staff and solicitors with whom we are in regular contact.
Clients and overseas property agents are asked to contact us to discuss their requirements. We will then be in a position to provide a quote for the legal work to be done. Once a quote has been accepted, we will arrange for each client, to sign our nominated associates, terms of engagement. We will also deal with any Money Laundering issues on behalf of our associates. We will then instruct an associate law firm on behalf of each client. Throughout the transaction clients are encouraged to telephone or email our offices, as indeed are their agents. We will liaise with our chosen associates throughout, and will provide speedy and accurate updates to both clients and agents alike. Clients and their agents are also welcome to visit our offices at any time when we can provide conference facilities to allow for live discussion with the nominated associate firm.
Our innovative service gives access to the expertise and service of two separate law firms, for the same price that clients would expect to pay when taking a gamble on appointing their own overseas firm.
