Conveyancing Fees

Sale

At Howards we provide a specific service to each client and your case will be handled by a qualified solicitor. We do not use computerised systems to progress your conveyance nor do we operate call centres. The same person will handle all aspects of your case from beginning to end. Unlike other firms the fee we quote includes everything. There are no hidden charges or surprises-what we quote is what you pay but only if the transaction completes. Click here to request a tailored quote.

The fixed conveyancing fees for the sale of your property are set out below. Our fees assume that the title to the property concerned is registered with the Land Registry and that the transaction is straight forward in nature. All of our fees are quoted exclusive of VAT and disbursements.
